yes, but it's all happening on no volume. look closely at an SnP 60-min chart and compare volume to the individual bars. up volume is extremely small in the entire rally sequence from the post FOMC low. volume should LEAD price, not follow it. on an up/down vol. line chart overlay one can clearly see how tepid the bounce in a/d vol. has been.
