Just got off the phone w/. Steve Kaston
Steve was listed on the bottom of this page of the updated website
tsig.com
I emailed him yesterday requesting the IR package to see what was in it. I included my phone number. He called me back today.
He basically said he's putting together a new IR package together from "scratch", and it isn't finished yet, but should be shortly.
He's going to be the new IR person, with his focus being as much, if not more, intent getting the "ear of the street" letting brokerage firms know what the company does and is doing.
He said that so much is currently happening and/or in the works that putting together a current page isn't easy, especially since the new company name has yet to be determined.
Obviously he said the current name including "teleservices" wasn't appropriate, since the copany isn't about teleservices. He also said though eForce3 wasn't necessarily the new name but described how the company did business.
I think he said names are being bantered about on "the street" to get their reactions. He mentioned two big named firms he had spoken to already, but can't remember what he said he specifically talked to them about other than introducing them to the company indicating what it was about, and how the company intends to be profittable with margins in ecommerce. One was ML, can't remember the other's name.
Steve told me a little about his work history, where he was located in NY but not in the "city".
We also talked a little about tsig's sordid record, but didn't dwell on the past, since in his words that was history, and this is a new regime intent upon building a profitable ecommerce business.
Usual optimistic IR fluff, but he's paid to be optimistic and "sell" the company to investors, and institutions so he emphasized the potential w/o dwelling on historic negatives.
His only comment about message boards was that he believes they're used for either one of two things: bashing to shorting, or hyping to pump.
In lieu of his sentiments, I reiterated to him how important his getting the word out was, with good corporate communications, so that the words written by whomever on these boards becomes less and less a resource for information about the yet to be renamed company.

Note: this was a quick conversation, since he had to take another call. So don't quote me or hold me to any thing above I just wrote. I didn't have time to take notes, and some of my recall may have gotten some of his words out of order or put them in a different context. Contact Mr. Kaston on your own to confirm, correct, or contradict any thing I just wrote above.
