Is anybody concerned that JDSU might have selectively disclosed inventory and lead time numbers to that analyst?

Also seems to me the other analyst is trying to time his rating and target with the unwinding of arbitrage postions in the SDLI/JDSU merger.

The source of all true rumors is obtained by making phone calls to low level employees not senior management. Happens all the time.
