Personally, I tried to get DSL for 8 months, via 4 different ISPs before I was successful. It was a hassle - but now that I have it - I wouldn't change. And remember you get what you pay for. Where do you live? Here in So. Calif., it seems to be more of a function of the Telephone Company than the ISP... My Telco, Verizon, doesn't know what's going on... They keep saying... a few more months... call back... I would buy DSL in a heartbeat if I could get it. Happy New Year! Joe
