Yeah, I hear this all the time. Tell it to your congressman. They could fix this you know...expand the Federal Court system to deal with the lien/levy/seizure issue to conform with the popular understanding of due process. Why do you think Congress hasn't done this, hmmm? Could it be because it would merely slow down the collection process increasing the interest and penalty to the taxpayer? Yep, that would be my guess....
