FMO --- If you look up BOST and other bankrupted companies, you will see that most of them hired hotshot turnaround experts prior to filing chapter 11.

Since I can't get a position in FMO, it doesn't matter to me what happens, but you have to consider that the public debt is offering a current yield, if I remember correctly, of 30% - 40%, and a yield to maturity as high as 70%.

Compare this to AMZN debt, which if I remember correctly offers a yield to maturity under 20%.

The pricing of the FMO debt says it will file chapter 11, what the CEO says makes no difference.
