Hi ak - your indignation is heart felt. I mean, I am in the same boat. However, realistically, mgt couldn't care less about small investors like you and me if they so choose. So, to think that they, in colusion with KPMG, lay out an elaborate scheme to play smoke and mirror with existing shareholders doesn't quite make sense. I mean, we are captive investors and there are already pending [civil] cases against the company. Why bother to appease us? Again, if there is any criminal case, I think the burden is for the law enforcement people, say, CO Atty General, to start proceeding. I don't mean to defend the co, since it is quite indefensible; however, I think we should be careful of any innuendo simply b/c we are upset
You ve hit upon an interesting point though. I think KPMG may incline to clarify the situation, since it has its reputation to protect
