Antigua and surrounding Caribbean:

Full strength signal through Puerto Rican gateway. Made and received calls without difficulty. Voicemail came through and displayed icon when received. It worked fine today.
I did get one fast busy signal. I called 611 and was told that means the G* system is at capacity and it will only last a few minutes, which it did. No straight answers as to how the system is running at capacity.
No one pays much attention, but I try to be discreet.
