I didn't have any problems. I did 2 trades on instatrade in the AM and 1 once the Web Site came back up. All executed in around 3 - 4 minutes. I did talk to others who were unable to get through though. I think I just got lucky. I haven'y heard anything about sparten but I did hear Alex Brown was very good. $19.95 per trade but no web site. At least I don't think they have a web site.
