XRX and SP bought out by SDL employees through VC financed deal... Neither currently have any significant part of SDLI... VC's paid off at or after IPO... SDLI mostly institutional ownership... Thanks for the explanation. I knew there was a long history and suspected there were few if any ties now. Good rebound today. Let's keep the momentum! :) Pat
