So why is JDSU up 6+ since the downgrade? Why's JNPR pretty much maintaining its recent range with some strength, and, though EXTR seems weak, why so many frequent trades after hours, though its price remains stable but subdued? They are of low volume (200 shares or so), but I don't usually see the ticker going by so frequently. I ask because maybe some of these signals (I hope) mean secret buying and I'd like your comments. I am only asking for views because I don't know enough to speculate, only to share observations. What about LLL? Defies explanation. Is this a tech communications basket or a defense issue? I can't figure it out. Mino
