Scott,

<<I have enough cash in the brokerage acct & real small positions I'm closing to pick up on one of these currently (to buy both I'd have to send in a check.) I'd really appreciate your input in three regards: >>

Can’t you ask simple questions? <g>

Putting this two in direct competition for pick-up is hard, if not impossible. Near term REGN may generate some exciting (but also disappointing is possible) data from PIII BDNF trials, but long term both are well positioned.

1. Based on where they are today (development, partnering, price) which has the better risk\reward picture

…NBIX MC is smaller, so one can think that it may generate better reward. No idea who is in better position.

2. Anything negative, especially management. I've come to really take management seriously, in terms of both allocating resources well, getting funding without serious dilution, and especially not doing major spin doctoring - why I like VICL & won't touch ISIP again or LGND)

…P&G intention is to selling ~2MM REGN shares, so current and near term stock price may suffer bit???

3. Any ideas on when they may reach break even.

…Not relevant at this point. Progress with candidates in clinic and business plan milestone will dictate rewards.
