Isn't it amazing that with all this Internet hype that DCTC management used, the SEC still hasn't closed this case and really hasn't done much of anything useful in prosecuting guilty parties? Also interesting that no class actions have been filed to go after the auditors' E&O insurance and to seek any "ill-gotten" gains from DCTC management that the SEC seems to feel may exist. If ANYONE knows of a legal team that will take this case on contigency, PLEASE WRITE ME a PM! If we have to give up a significant part of the reward, so be it. Sure would be better than the $1 Don just received from his 10,000 shares and if it leads to exposing more of the rot at this core, that would be fine too. I am especially anxious to see how the stock promoters of Grupo and JMED fared here. Anyone have any FACTS on this? Signed, Still here and not going ANYWHERE....
