Maybe it goes without saying, but nearterm i think the stock goes up or down according to what gets announced regarding the patent-infringement stuff, or maybe if favorable comparisons with Gemstar's story/strategy occur - which concievably could make IATV look compelling at recent prices (IMHO). This is my first post but have been following Gemstar for 4 years and have had a stake for 3 1/2. I took an initial position in ACTV (4.3125) soon after Henry Yuen announced his interest and integration of certain ACTV technology(s). Gemstar has a world class engineering and legal team and has yet to move without due cause. There is something of value here in my opinion. Regards Stew
