X-Ramp.com, Inc. announces the acquisition of Timely Information Corporation

ROCHESTER, N.Y.-- X-Ramp.com, Inc. (www.x-ramp.com ; OTCBB : XRMP) announced today that it has purchased 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of Timely Information Corporation in a stock exchange agreement.

Timely Information Corporation is a Wireless Broadband provider and Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) with facilities located in Rochester, N.Y. Timely has been in business for 7 years and currently supports telephone and Internet customers over wire, fibre, and wireless technologies.

Michael J. Lates Jr., X-Ramp.com, Inc.’s President stated “This acquisition will provide X-Ramp.com, Inc. with the ability to quickly implement ASP customers through the infrastructure provided by Timely Information Corporation. This opportunity will also provide a new established customer pool and the ability to sell a consolidated package of IT and Telephony to customers; giving those customers a single customer service representative for all of their IT and Telephony needs.”

Mr. Al Foti, operations manager for Timely Information Corporation expressed his enthusiasm about this transaction as follows: “This will be very beneficial for both Timely Information Corporation and X-Ramp.com, Inc., as it will allow both companies to attain a greater level of cost savings by leveraging similar expenses and increase the range in sellable products. These benefits, along with the combined revenues over the same network, will allow for quicker network expansion for both companies.”
