PASA is a Nevada corporation. I say hold the party in Las Vegas and use the servers to build a pyramid. A portion of the party cost is already covered. Gary Trujillo, the CEO and Chairman, sold 140,000 shares in November 2000 for $35,000. I gotta believe that he was raising funds for the party. Why else would he sell when his company was a month away from extinction.
