Hi Mark,
I never had any problems with Systemworks 2000, which I had for the year prior to getting 2001 in October. I didn't have problems with just dial-up; I had problems with just one ISP, SNET (same problem with Systemworks 2001 on Win98 and Win2000). I had the problem whether on DSL or dial-up. Systemworks 2001 did not have any troubles when using my cable modem (different ISP) or with my dial up to Connix under either Win98 or Win2000. But again, for some reason the problem went away this week.
