Shares shorted went from 37.9MM last month to 41.6MM as of Dec. 8 in the month EVERYONE thought the deal would be done. NAH! NOBODY knew about the FCC delay announcement coming at 12:10a.m. this morning. Gee, how could they have known. I want blood!
