I still haven't seen any press or figured out the reason for the spike in the price. Since I'm in here for the longer term on a fundamental basis I see no reason to rush to buy at this level. With last year's share issue, EPS will be flat at best this year (although total net income will be up in absolute $) I'm of the view the price may be a little ahead of itself above $2. - but then who knows what's going on in the background that hasn't been announced yet. And if there is someone out there prepared to pay $2.15 for a large block of shares, I would interpret that as them paying a premium for a strategic position in the company. I would expect someone buying such a block would have some knowledge / information that isn't available to the public yet. Good luck - and enjoy the ride !
