module 5 this is the big kahuna, the whole enchilada, the make-or-break module, etc. it is better to take a few more weeks and ace it than take any chances. remember, this is the baby of mr. packer and dr. parisky--they are not the type to leave anything to chance. next year should be glorious. my guess is that after the fed lowers rates, we should really start to stabilize in february and then by spring/summer, when the world is hearing about cti, we can all just sit back and watch it climb for the next couple years. curtis
