old, "What I am talking about is the fact that 29 million shares were sold by insiders at prices one hell of lot higher than your 20 figure- and that every single stock owned by MSD he executed sell orders against -check insider SEC Edgar info!-Not one single buy!"

but, also, my god, Dell, the company, was buying back those shares he sold in the market by way of both conversions (through options) and share buybacks

so, my god, does this mean that Scott McNealy is a dumber criminal than Michael Dell? Scott sold 90% of his position at prices below $4 per SUNW share. what an idiot.

let's apply this logic to every company in the stock universe and (a) assign percentages to such selling activity and not merely the number of shares sold, and (b) assign comparative activity with other companies of like size.

let's face it, Michael Dell is a white collar criminal. and so are 95% of all other company CEOs.
