One positive effect for Europe over the US,

Morning Ron, A tax cut for the Europeans would spur the consumer to spend, a similar tax cut in the US would incite the consumer to pay down there debt load.

When comparing Europe to US are you comparing the EU countries or Europe as a whole?

Since Europe as a whole is 2-3 times the population of the US making a cut in taxes somewhat more beneficial. Let us also not forget in order for the developed nations to continue the saturation of products new markets need to be developed and expanded.

I see today they are calling for a 50 point cut in Jan and 2 more .25 by May, what will easing al do?
