United Gunn as you mention has been inactive, however it has been for several years not several months. United Gunn has several very exciting prospects that the company has been trying to get financed for the last several years, however it seemed that bad luck has dogged the company and each time that a financing looked to be accomplished it fell apart. However this time is different, the company finally has completed an initial financing by doing a private placement of 3,000,000 shares at .15 and the important point here is that this is not just an announcement that they are attempting to do another financing, this time the money is in the bank and it will be full steam ahead. The private placement was done with Wolfgang Rauball and his German associates and they apparently have big plans for United Gunn and are finacially capable of developing United Gunns valuable
assests.
You can get more info by phoning the company at 1-604-688-2401 and talk to Rudy Nosalek. Be prepared for a long story however as he is very excited at these latest developments and he has a lot to say.
I will post more details when I have more time. This is definitely a company with a lot of potential, you may also want to look into associated company BGM Diversified BGD-VSE as this company is also run by Rudy Nosalek and is similar to UGR in that it has been inactive for years due to similar financing headaches. BGD has also recently solved it's financing woes.
