Yes EVERYONE in Canada that owns any type of firearm must fill out the application pay the fee or suffer the consequences. Our left of Gore politicians intend on making examples of people who don't fill in the form. Several hundreds of millions of dollars have been expended to try and control something they can't control. What will happen is some farmer in the west will be sent to jail for owning a squirrel gun. We love squirrels in Canada and elect them to the highest office.
