As long as the money rolls in and people get away with hogwash, this will only get worse. It will take new laws, lawsuits, etc. to clean up the mess. People just have to get mad enough and, unfortunately, lose enough money before things will change.

Look at the apparent contradictions that have been posted on various boards. If any of these are incorrect in any way or if you have additional information, please post here or elsewhere! I am looking for the truth. Some I know about firsthand and others I've only read about:

1. Having a money management firm that takes 1.5% of your CAPITAL in order to invest in no-load funds. While you're touting being your own financial advisor and avoiding shark attacks?

2. Deleting critical posts, without publicly admitting it, from your web site thus creating a false impression that things are better than they are.

3. Going after your own subscribers for negative posts by refusing to honor their paid-up subscriptions. Thus refusing to give the "sell" side of a trade-in-progress as promised. That will teach you to subscribe!

4. (NEW) Sending out an offer for a $120 renewal and then refusing to honor it by saying someone made a mistake.

5. Write unclear instructions causing many to err unnecessarily.

This, on top of, the "unmitigated bust" of a trade (from an article on TheStreet.com I think. Here's the link, it is post 4513.

Spend all those years and all that effort building up trust with your public and then your totally unnecessary high-handed, heavy-handed tactics get you indigestion and this:

If I just hadn't bought that hogwash....
