General Question, IF this company has a book value of 1.40 (per various research orgs) and a current prices of 3/4 why would this not make a good fundamental investment? This seems to be very atractive for a take over and break up just on these numbers. That is almost a 100% markup? Am i wrong? All opnions welcome. Thank you Ilya A. Vasserman
