THe Clause you quoted applies if I posted that a stock would go down due to planned market action on my partor makrket action that I planned on participatiing in..Just like that GSTRF squeeze thread that was here on SI,( as opposed to the fundamentals or technical characteristics of a particular stock ) I dont and have never done that I short stocks based on turd status and fundamentals and occasionally technical reasaons...and almost all of them rise after I get in..cause I sell into strength..you are completely clueless and that is why you asked me for a loan last year after you blew all your money..and that is why you confessed to me that you never lost any money on that Trade that made everyone feel sorry for you,because you had lost it all before that trade. You then got fired by your Dental partner after you screwed him out of a bunch of his money. You are now desperately trying to gain an audience, but cannot.. Enjoy your life ..I feel bad for your wife and kids. Get better advice
