How about TCCO @ $1 1/2? $2.42 per share in cash, $5.65 tangible book value.

Company makes secure communications systems.

Just announce new contract for a South American govt. In their last earnings press release they said they expected to be announcing more contract in first half 2001.

Small float, only 900K shares. Only a $2MM market cap.

Seems to have minimal downside. And should do well with increases in defense spending.
