Hi Uf Well, Dr J delayed because of market conditions,or he at least said that, so maybe he will just wait till it changes.......ah, I guess that means we don't know when! It is amazing how the big picture (economy/market) has sooooo much influence on picking stocks these days! I wonder if that was the reason for the delay in the spin off? What else? John
