Mike i agree 100%. that is EXACTLY what happened, inflation of claims on existing capacity. and wherever new capacity was created, the result are profit and margin-less wonders. yes, it will be great in the very LT to have all this communication infrastructure put in. but like in the railway booms of old, the pioneers will ALL lose their shirts.
