Don´t you have anything positive to say, marginalmike?

You remind me of our common friend Engineer who used to get very irate after someone showed him the light. His eyes were bulging bright red below the engineer´s hat he wore when writing. He lost concentration and had lots of spelling errors. Judging by his mails he was irate a lot.

What sort of "pattent search" are you talking about? Patent does not have to be attached to a system technology, i.e. you can have a jap patent utilized in TVs that may apply to WCDMA. Whether they actually apply or not is decided, if necessary, in courts.

Then we have the submarine patents, but it would require some basic conceptual thinking skills for you to understand the term.

Thus you can´t do a search how many patents anyone has on WCDMA.

If there are any other ways I could be of help just let me know.
