I am not Irate, I have no stocks so if Qcom goes down I would be happy to get it cheaper. Like I said you are obviously a paid shill. Why do you only post on Qcom thread? Why do you feel a need to educate us Morons? I asked you this a year ago never got the answer? I understand your concept, but what your saying is that CDMA and WCDMA are based on the same principals and therfore Qcom will get paid. As for patents for other tech being applied to CDMA that wont work, IDCC tried it already.
