I wonder when somebody is going to sue car manufacturers for the same things that the tobacco companies were sued for. Living in L.A., I can tell you that I am far more bothered by pollution caused by automobiles than cigarettes. <cough><hack><hack> and I have all of this phlegm....(sorry), maybe it is a precursor to something more serious....Hey! Thread lawyers, do I have a case??????
