Here's the actual article re: the "unmitigated bust": thestreet.com I understand your point and I agree with you. Granted, my post went a bit further afield but truth in all aspects of financial matters is important. In a similar vein to your thinking, apparently over a year ago there were some negotiations with Montgomery for a Brinker fund. Apparently, during this time there were discussions (on the radio show and/or the newsletter -- don't remember these myself and I wasn't a subscriber then) that were favorable to Montgomery funds which (again apparently) disappeared when Montgomery turned it down. Here's the latest discussion on this subject: 209.52.189.2 I tend toward believing this since I haven't seen any information to the contrary. I don't have the old newsletter and can't go back in time to hear the broadcast. I'm curious to see if anyone here remembers this.
