There is value in the constellation, just needs some imagination and a good management team that know the business.

Build two gateways and you have a long distance service that can generates revenues, if not priced excessivly. How much does it cost to operate two gateways, maybe 2-4 mil per year I'm guessing. With the constellation you can go and cut a contract with a telco to provide a long distance service cheaper than their current long distance carrier.

A company such as Sprint PCS (are they related to pcs tel) could put the constellation to great use if they wanted too. It would allow them to globally grow their business incrementally.

The question I am raising is who owns the Gateways. The original plan was for the SPs to own and license them, but G*/LOR financed them and have not collected from the SPs. Why?

Best Regards
Bob
