So Cramer likes JDSU. Has no position but wants to let everyone know he thinks it might go lower. He's just trying to protect us. At what price would he be a buyer, since he likes JDSU too much to take a position on the way down.

Why doesn't he write about the end of the year selling pressure, and the fact it might lighten up. Where is the balance in his analysis if he is really just a neutral observer?

On what basis is he making this evaluation.(he apparently likes the company but not the stock) What does he see in the future to like? What time lines?

He's never up front. Plays with word riddles. Tries not to expose himself, or his true motives.
