Well this is how real rallies are suppose to begin.

Volume is light, but the averages are going along with steady gains of just under/over 1%. A little wall of worry and not just a swift short covering rally. I am still a bear on Greenspan cutting rates, and I think it will take until April to start a meaningful rally that will take on the tough resistance ahead, but I see the OEX going to at least challenge the 720 area. Maybe a little more if techs can bounce a bit and money continues to find energy, banks, and medical stocks a buy.
