Rideau Canal (worlds longest outdoor skating rink) still closed to skaters inspite of record cold temperatures. Guess the snow insulated the ice. Second plow fell through lastnight while clearing it. Ottawa having their share of snow removing problems this year. Velo, did you hear about the bag lady they found in a snowbank in downtown Ottawa. Stuck there for three days before they found her with a leg sticking out. What a country huh...
