No value in a constellation that does not have the ability to route traffic on to / and off the constellation!! If the very life line of revenue is held hostage by the Gateway Owners..Even if GLP repossessed the Gateways due to "non-payment".. and I am sure that would be a long "litigious process". They GLP still does not own regulatory approval.. Now you have Gateways and Satellites, but no authority to use them.. It's still a ZERO VALUE to a prospective buyer.. Look Mr. Bondholder. Here is a great system.. Just no regulatory approvals!!! It would be like owning bonds in a "cellular/PCS" company that has installed Wireless Infrastructure (Base Station,etc) that covered every inch of North America.. (All the infrastructure equipment is Vendor Financed).. Yet they have no regulatory approval or Spectrum Rights to turn on the equipment to start generating revenue.. How much is this company worth in Bankruptcy.. ZERO!!! <A company such as Sprint PCS (are they related to pcs tel) could put the constellation to great use if they wanted too. It would allow them to globally grow their business incrementally.> No Gateways, No Regulatory Approvals for Gateways or User Terminals... Mr. Bondholder.. It's is VALUELESS IN BANKRUPTCY!! PCSTEL
