This cabinet is so old it looks more like a Chinese government than an American. Funny how all these geezers are old buddies of Cheney. Did the Shrub get to know anybody on his own? After all, he went to all those parties in D.C. when "Dad" worked there. On second thought, I guess those were all just an alcoholic blur...
