The financial statement wasn't included. That's why you couldn't find such info. First thing I did was go to "item 7", but this was all I found.... ======================================== ITEM 7. The required pro forma financial information will be provided as an amendment to this Form 8-K as soon as practicable but not later than 60 days after the due date of this report. ====================================== Looks like we'll have to wait a max. of 60 more days (until approx. 2/26/00) to see some numbers and get a better sense of where the company currently stands and what we're both talking about. The pro forma will or should give a basis or justification of a higher market cap. If the pro forma projects a clear path toward a profittable ecommerce company, the multiples should be higher. z
