It makes it very clear to everybody that the Shrub is Prez is name only. Cheney and "Dad" are running things. "Dubya" is just around for photo ops, like one of those cardboard cutouts... BTW, just heard the Rumsfeld press conference. He's leaning towards equipping all super carriers with sails!! Also, said that his first priority is to get another worthless bomber program underway. B-1 stunk, nobody's willing to send the B-2 anywhere. Rumsfeld gearing up for the B-3, probably will have props not jets.
