I am not sure there will be anything to gain but the important point is there is certainly nothing to lose now as DCTC is completely valueless in all sense of the word valueless.

Anyone who held hope when DCTC was .50 and didn't want to destroy the remaining "value" with legal action can come forward now as we are dealing with an empty garbage pail. There is no carrot that some hypster can put in front of me that will convince me otherwise. All I want now, is some $$$ to show for here.

I have made some attempts to get legal help on contingency and I have failed. I will continue to look but at this point I think I want to pursue something with the SEC and see if there is any chance the spoils from the SEC action will spill to shareholders. If the answer is no, then the SEC can do without shareholder assistance as far as I am concerned. If the answer is maybe, I will need to know what the parameters are that will make that answer be YES then we should all get involved in explaining the factors to the SEC that lead to our getting hooked on this fairy tale.

If anyone else finds anything, please post or PM me and I will do likewise as I have new energy to follow up on this fiasco we all called an investment.
