I think it is safe to say (1) physicians, (2) patients and (3) employers.

Physicians will gravitate towards anything that saves them time or money primarily as HLTH offers to do.

Patients will continue to attempt to educate themselves as much as possible about diseases and alternatives in treatment as HLTH offers to do.

Employers will continue to look for ways to reduce healthcare expenditures that they must incur.

There is a strong desire on all of these parties part to eliminate the bureaucratic management of insurers. They will do that partly through direct contracting arrangements
and armed with the services HLTH provides (or will soon provide).

We have not addressed the government's interest in reducing health care administrative costs. Eliminate the middleman may become their credo.

In my opinion, HLTH is clearly in a better (and more improved) position than MEDUNITE to bring positive health care change to fruition. And todays decision shows the company is moving in the direction they said they would- encouraging as I see it.

Best of luck to all.
