Europe is the benificary..at least so far.
BTW
The 5 Top most active today on the NYSE and THE Naz
were all down..while the indexes were up that's
not real bullish in my books.
Just window dressing..

I will be buying a fund tomorrow
but it's a start up of mostly
small caps.

BTW the 98 rally in the U.S. (after the low) was beat
for 6 months by just about any foreign fund you could pick.
Every one over here was so goo goo as we went up they
never looked at the Webs.
