El Capitan Cosmo, Re: Impending BOD Position in PEX Cosmo: Since you admittedly have a LARGE stake in SMOP :), and said stake is admittedly undiversified :(, your downside risk is still quite significant if this deal doesn't go through, despite the recent run-up which has obviously accrued to your great benefit in the last few days. Question: Have you considered selling at least some of your shares to reduce your exposure and turn some of those paper profits into cash? Just a thought.
