I think that you are very wrong about the
potential for DSL.

Centeralized routers/swtiches without
modems will be the future
for personal internet connection.
Just like what we have in the company.
A single fiber or T1 line can serve an entire community
with switches. There will be no need for those
dedicated and expensive DSL modems.

Plus, there is no way
that DSL can replace traditional 56k modem because
of its incompatibility with conventional telephone lines.
And all the local phone companies have cheap DSL services,
there will not be much room for companies like COVD
to expand and grow. The price of the stock has already
told you the future of COVD.
