Westergaard was among the most prominent of the "paid-analyst" touts.

It's entirely appropriate that the SEC should choose him as a poster-child to be sued for abuses in failing to disclose his compensation.

I'm going to miss SEC Commissioner Arthur Levitt when he retires in 2 months. He's been a tremendous activist in defending the interests of small investors from crooks, manipulators, and touts.
