Michael, in 6-4-3-2-1 I increased weight as the reps decreased. My dad introduced me to weight training in the '60s and I learned a lot through Muscular Development mag. I was quite surprised to learn in a Phys of Ex. class, mid '70s, that studies showed 3sets of 8reps was as good as any other system (super sets, etc.) for general muscle development. Seems that studies have improved a great deal since then. Is it Els Darden who had the PhD and wrote for Mus. Devl.? I appreciate your weight training info!
