Cray; glad you like the 2001 picks; your (7) points on NASD are well-taken, and your comments about lower interest rates are right on target imo; the fact that the TREND is changing direction seems to be the all-important issue. As a chart lover, it's great to know that the key-reversal will be coming soon, followed by at least 3 more rate cuts, which should provide a substantial boost to investor confidence. Even though some of the analysts are saying that 3 rate cuts are already factored into the market, seeing is believing. The famous January effect is indeed coming, and I think this year it will be dramatic. Today there were signs that the mid-caps are coming back to life...hope so....best wishes for a Happy New Year - Neil
